Daily diligence is practiced by petroleum storage terminal operators to meet numerous Federal and state regulations designed to keep operations safe for our employees and communities and protective of the natural environment. These regulatory authorities include the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Coast Guard, and Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM). In many cases, industry standards exceed what is mandated by law.
